One of the interesting tech trends I have been tracking lately is the rise of tools that let you track your life via real-time data. RescueTime are Nike Plus are just two, but here's a new one that's cool that uses Twitter - it's called your.flowingdata.
All you need to do is follow yfd on Twitter, sign in and then direct message it when you want to log information about your life. Over time the your.flowingdata.com site will provide you with rich charts and graphs. All of it is private - or at least as secure as your Twitter account remains.
