BNO Breaking News Service is Now on Facebook

BNO Breaking News, a service that first made its name on Twitter and was later acquired by MSNBC, is now on Facebook. It just started to syndicate updates into my news feed about Former Vice President Dick Cheney's heart episode. It's great to see this service make its way to Facebook where we can also comment on status updates in line. Hopefully millions more will discover BNO Breaking News as more see Facebook as a source of news.

I think you may have broken a story...here. I'm getting all sorts of Facebook 404 errors while trying to access it, even from Facebook Search. Something awry in the State of Denmark?

Added. @Daniel no errors here for me. Looks like they have done extremely well on twitter with over 1. mill followers etc. The next logical step would be the monster FB!

You have made my FB experience all the more worthwhile in the past couple of visits to your blog (and i've always been horrible with FB) Thank you, it's plain to see who you are rooting for @Steve and i'm growing fond of it..

That said, it's interesting to see tech pundits (like yourself) from the U.S. battle it out on their blogs for what and whom they believe in. Well perhaps not battle, but you know what i mean..

I actually think there will be multiple winners. I like lots of services - for example, Seesmic. However, Facebook becomes more and more valuable because they understand simplicity, organization and algorithms. Reminds me of Google in the old days but they seem to be losing their way lately.

I've tended to steer clear of FB and platforms like Lifestream because there are only so many hours in a day. But I must say you are really starting to wet my appetite. Perhaps I should see my time management coach.

So I noticed that you haven't bookmarked a link in delicious since, June of last year. Sounds roughly about the time you got into gmail seriously as your nerve center. With your focus shifting to Facebook do you believe there is still a place for social bookmarking?
